I don't expect the Ritz Carlton given the price I paid, but when they charge $350/night on the weekends, I would expect more from a hotel from a service standpoint when it comes to the basics and ability to empathize with a guest. See 9,797 traveler reviews, 512 candid photos, and great deals for Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel, ranked 7 of 39 hotels in Bossier City and rated 4.5 of 5 at Tripadvisor. However, this hotel could be 5 stars despite the design for the price I paid only if the service oriented nature of the staff were to be improved. Now 80 (Was 109) on Tripadvisor: Horseshoe Bossier Casino & Hotel, Bossier City. I know it's expensive to overhaul the design of the hotel that looks like the 90s with the bathrooms being significantly dated. The casino has 68 popular table games, craps, blackjack, roulette, four and three card poker, along with let it ride, high card flush, and Mississippi stud.

Furthermore, they charge ~$20 resort fee every night, but the pool is closed and so it really just includes the internet which is generally free at a hotel advertising itself at this caliber. On the Red River, the Horseshoe Bossier Casino Hotel offers a luxury 24-story tower to accommodate guests in comfort and entertainment. Speaking of which, no housekeeping service was provided during my 3 night stay. I don't mind low floors and wasn't expecting much given the rate I booked. For a little under $100/night all in, it was a fine place to stay.

I'm rating this on the basis that I received a great rate in the middle of the week which is significantly cheaper than on the weekends.
